Alan Bond is an Australian businessman infamous for his corporate dealings and frauds. “During his adulthood, Bond with criminal charges of robbery became a property dealer by founding Bond Corporation which ran on massive loans from many banks. He slowly saw some rise due to his business dealings and suddenly hit the top by winning America's cup in the year 1983”. His downfall was due to his deal to buy Nine networks for a billion, in which the transaction lead to the bankruptcy of Bond. He was sued for his loads of debt and his fraud of masking them. He was sentenced to seven years in prison.
