Dean Faiello is an American fraudster who pretended himself as a cosmetic surgeon. “He opened his own cosmetic shop with the skills he learned during his job at a spa and scammed everyone as a certified cosmetic doctor.” He was found out due to a news article published on New York Times and got bail with the condition of not practicing cosmetic services again.

He even scammed the officers and started his cosmetic services again in his apartment, as one day he had an appointment with a woman named Maria Cruz whom he killed by injecting wrong dosage of anesthetics to her. “He was arrested for the murder and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.”
