Dennis Kozlowski is the crooked CEO of Tyco International. He and his partner Swartz took the administrative control over the Tyco International and involved themselves in various fraudulent activities including the company's records, securities and conspiracies.
He was convicted for 22 accusations in the year 2005, including grand larceny by Tyco International. He was sentenced to 8 years with a restitution fee of $500 million to the company and was charged under 'faithless servant' in which had to pay a compensation to the company for his work during the time 1997 to 2002.
