Roys Poyiadjis is a convicted fraudster who is also a ‘Cyprus financier and an Entrepreneur’. In 2005 he was convicted for securities fraud and conspiracy by the U.S Securities and Exchange Comission(SEC); it resulted in the biggest SEC sentencing which charged Roys Poyiadjis $200 million for his securities fraud, also selling his $150 million ArmiesSoft shares.
