Submit Any Scam

Description :

I was scammed by https://dell.repair-centre.ca/. They promised a mobile repair unit would come by and help with laptop issue. They sent me a link to buy a voucher code from recharge.com to book the repair job but no follow up for delivery of service was ever done for the laptop repair. Website has phone number that does not pick up. I wanted a refund the purchase of the voucher code for $109.99 but the payment agent Recharge.com said they were not responsible for scams and I hold them entirely responsible as well as I never did relay the voucher code information to the scammer but the money was already taken. That means to me that Recharge.com was also negligent in how they make funds available for collection. I did not relay the code to them during my online chat conversation with "Nathan Roy". Unfortunately I quickly ended the chat without saving the chat transcript for fear of other damage they might be doing remotely as they were logged into my laptop remotely.
