In summary, I made purchases of coins and participated in gaming activities, resulting in a redemption of $1,929.00. Subsequently, I contacted the company to confirm that the funds would be transferred to my PayPal account, and I received assurance that the redemption would be processed accordingly via email hyperlink. However, shortly after receiving confirmation of the redemption, I was surprised to receive another email stating that my account had been banned due to the unavailability of games in the state of Georgia. Consequently, all purchases made would be refunded. Despite the assurance of reimbursement, I have yet to receive the owed funds. It is worth noting that the Yea Master Slots application remains active and accessible, contradicting the claim of a ban in Georgia. Given these circumstances, I am seeking prompt resolution and the release of the funds owed to me. I urge Green Ark Limited to honor their commitment and ensure the timely transfer of the redemption amount to my PayPal account.
