Multiple phone calls using different phone numbers throughout NJ, demanded that I pay the due balance for an order of Keto supplements that I never ordered or received, claiming that I paid $9.95 for S/H for an order on 8/6/2024. They have my name, phone, address, and last 4 digits of my credit card. They told me that my credit card had declined to pay the balance. They also claimed that they sent me statements; when asked to send them via email while I waited on the phone, they refused, saying that she just has my records in front of her. I never placed an order, not have a $9.95 charge around the time of this supposed order, nor received any Keto supplements. I just get repeated numerous phone calls. I even recorded this last one today (2/26/2025) where I collected all the details. The caller stated they could not close my account without payment. And yet, she also stated that I'll be getting another shipment? Without paying? Makes no sense. But she refused to "close my account" since I supposedly owe money. I suggested that she report me to the credit bureaus instead. I did not offer any credit card information. I told them to not call me again and put me on the do not call list, since I am on the federal DNC list. She refused, saying that I owe money so she cannot do that. (Real collection agencies cannot harass you like this - they are prohibited from doing so.) In the past 3 days, I've received 97 phone calls from various phone numbers, either claiming they represent Nutra Keto Company or Pure Vitality Company or ketorushacvgummies.com. Same voices heard from the callers. I'm glad to have the technology to have the call recorded, and I announced at the beginning that the call was being recorded, and received acknowledgement from the caller that she understood. I want to know what I can do with this recorded message. How can I get help to get these numerous phone calls to stop? This is harassment!
