Submit Any Scam

I have an item listed on craigslist for $500. This scammer contacted me via email text with the following:
Hello, I've been working really long weeks at work. I am working with Air Dream Aviation.
I am not around at the moment, So I wont be able to meet with you to see the Item, but I'm ok with the price and condition of the item on CL. I would love to see what I am buying and pay cash.
But I am busy with work right now, also preparing for my wedding in 2 weeks..
I Hope We can Handle This In Good Faith and Trust. I will overnight a Cashier Check to cover the cost.
Once check clears, and your bank confirm it. I will make arrangement for pickup.
As I would like to have it In 2 weeks Time. Get back to me with below details asap to issue out the payment Name On Check: Address: Apt # ( If Any ): City: State: Zip: Cell Phone #: Last Asking Price:
Please note that the payment will be mail overnight via USPS Priority Mail and its bound to delivered within 1 to 2 working days. And I will let you know when its mailed out.
I Will Also Add An Additional $50 For Holding It For Me Until The Check Gets You And Delete The Posting From Site Today.

I did not respond to this inquiry as I have read that 99.9% of cashiers check via Craigslist are fraudulent and a scam.
