I was once at work in a clinic with a lot of stress. we had to receive medicines and all pharmaceutical material including anesthetics. But for some reasons, the bus with medicines did not come to our clinic. I told all the patients that I could work, but only without anesthetics. And there were many people who were ready to cure the tooth even without anesthesia, because there is no guarantee that the bus will come tomorrow. So the day was twice a difficult working day.
