Hello Richard, I’m sure you looked at my photo first before opening my letter ?. Honestly, I didn’t expect to receive a message from you so soon! What a lovely surprise! Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
My name is Anna Ivanova, and I’m 31 years old. I’ve never been married, and I’m still a single woman. I’d describe myself as a kind and sympathetic person ?. Right now, I’m living in Russia, although I was born in Kazakhstan and lived there until I was 16. At that point, I moved with my family to Russia to continue my studies because everyone said the education system here was more promising. Since then, I’ve been living here.
I decided to join a dating agency to find someone special, and through them, I found the chance to connect with you. After I finished my studies in 2013, I had the chance to go to the USA for an internship in a small town called Huron. I practiced my English and worked as a waitress. It was an unforgettable experience, and I learned so much about your country during my four months there. Sadly, I had to return home, but I still dream of visiting the USA again and maybe even staying there forever. I have a good friend there who actually recommended that I try this dating agency ?.
Currently, I live and work in Tula, although I come from a small town. My mother and sister still live there, and I try to visit them as often as I can. I have a good job, great friends, and plenty of hobbies to keep me busy, but I do miss my time in the USA, surrounded by friendly people and beautiful places I had only seen on TV before.

I’m writing to you from work right now since I don’t have internet at home. My friend and I rent an apartment, so we don’t have internet access there. Please don’t be upset if I don’t respond right away ?.
I’d love to learn more about you, and I’ll share more about myself as well. I’ve lived in Tula for the past 10 years. It’s a large city, and I’ve gotten used to the hustle and bustle. You can easily find Tula on a map of Russia—it’s the capital of the Tula region. There are plenty of places to visit here, including restaurants, museums, parks, cinemas, and galleries. However, it’s always so busy here, and people are always in a rush. It’s not easy to meet someone new on the street ?.
My friend Elena and I live together in a rented apartment to save some money. I also have a cat named Markul, and I hope you like my new picture with him ?. My mom and sister live about 25 minutes away from me in a small town, and I try to visit them when I can. Unfortunately, I don’t have a car, so I usually travel by train or bus. Occasionally, my sister picks me up in her car, which makes the trip easier.

Hello again, How are you today? Thank you for your letter! Your attention means so much to me. I’m really curious to learn more about you and your life. Your sweet words have me melting like ice cream ?. You definitely know how to impress a girl! After a long day at work, I’d love to give you a massage to help you relax!
This weekend, I’ll be visiting my mom, and I’m looking forward to spending some time with her.
By the way, today is a special holiday here in Russia—it’s a day dedicated to love, devotion, and family. On days like this, I feel a little lonely. My best friend, Elena, already has a husband and two kids, and she’s the same age as me. I adore children, but I’m not in any rush. It’s not that I’m afraid of responsibility; I just want to make sure I’m strong enough for it, and I want my children to have a real father. I won’t repeat the mistakes of my own childhood. But enough about that.
I don’t think I’ve told you about my job yet. I work as an administrator in a beauty salon. Sometimes it’s exhausting working all day, but I enjoy it. I love meeting new people and helping them feel good about themselves. It’s really rewarding when customers leave the salon happy. On busy days, we often gossip with the other girls ?. I finished my studies at Tula Social and Economic Institute, but I didn’t enjoy the work I found related to my degree. Instead, I fell in love with the beauty industry.
