This is basically a set-up. The prime suspect is Annalee Joyce B Magalang alias Anhie Magalang and goes by various aliases, such as, Vien, Annalee Joyce Magalang, Eyha Bautista, Zhantal, Anhie Bautista, Adrianey, Lhara and her partner-in-crime is Rowena Fernandez Gallardo alias Inday. They are both residents of Barangay San Dionisio, Paranaque, Manila. The modus operandi is that Anna lee contacts foreign men on different dating apps such as Tantan, Tinder or even social media site such as Facebook and Twitter. Annalee also solicites foreign men in bars, pubs, malls, restaurant etc. Then she offers sex for a consideration. Once the guy agrees to it, she takes him to a hotel and soon after the encounter is over, she refers to a promising business that the foreigner could invest for excellent returns. If the foreigner agrees to it and invests, Anna lee blocks the foreigner's number once she receives the money. Should the foreigner approach the police, Annalee would file bogus cases of rape and sexual harassment against the man and further milk him and extort him to set him free. So the foreigner risks being accused of rape and sexual assault if he asks Anna lee to return his money.
There is also rumour that if the foreigner wants a relationship, Annalee would keep pestering for money from the guy all the time and after a certain time frame, file bogus cases of rape and assault against the man seeking a huge ransom. This has been going on since many years. It is believed that an Australian man of an advanced age fell victim to this trick.
Rowena Fernandez Gallardo alias Inday acts as Annalee's assistant and witness for all her accusations that she could make against the foreigners. And it is highly probable that she gets a percentage of the ill-gotten wealth that Annalee extorts from foreign men.
This apart, Annalee maintains multiple Facebook accounts with different names and aliases which in itself is a violation of Facebook's code and regulation. She also uses different apps and has multiple profiles on them with different names. I suspect she uses these profiles and apps to scam and defraud foreign men. The most recent update is that Annalee Joyce B Magalang has taken up a job as a therapist with R C Infinity spa, BF Paranaque, Manila. It is quite possible that the employers and staff of unaware of her criminal activities.

The suspect, however, could be changing mobile numbers and sim cards very frequently as per requirement and need to scam different people. But if any of the people reading this piece of information get a call from any of these two numbers, just be sure that it is a scammer with different criminal activities.
This narrative is based on my personal experience and is intended to caution and warn foreign men travelling to Philippines, especially Manila. In my case, I met Scammer Annalee Joyce B Magalang on the dating app called Tantan and I agreed to meet her. While we got to know each other, she realized a potential victim when I mentioned that I am eager to invest in a business in the Philippines. That was enough for the scammer to take full advantage and convert it into a full scale scam! Guys be very very careful of such women in the Philippines. Should a woman approach you for sex, decline her offer immediately and be then and there. Or be prepared to lose money, time, energy and your life! The laws in the Philippines favour women. And foreigners have near zero chance of winning against Filipina women.
