It was signed on September 17, 1787, by delegates to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, presided over by George Washington. Under America's first governing document, the Articles of Confederation, the national government was weak and states operated like independent countries. Section III sub section 2 which states that any consignment must posses a YELLOW TAG and CUSTOMS INSPECTION UNIT document for security purpose. This Yellow Tag and Customs Inspection Unit document required is to assure the Government of both State that they are rest assured of any consignment coming into their State and this will also reduce security threats to both State.
This is required because of the on going terrorist attack in the world.Sir,to this effect,you would have to obtain Yellow Tag and Customs Inspection Unit document for the total sum of $4,860.00 USD which will be prepared in your name and it would be signed and sealed by the federal Government,this will serve as a security clearance.
