Letter 1

Hello my love Richard, I visited the travel agency this morning and got the details about the trip. I could never have imagined that it would cost this much! After speaking with the travel agent, I’ve realized that I simply can’t afford it at the moment. The prices have gone up due to the dollar’s high value, and I was given a list of costs that left me in shock.
The total cost for the trip is 1030 euros. This includes the flight from Moscow to Berlin and back (750 euros), visa (70 euros), insurance (70 euros), a medical card (50 euros), and a service fee (90 euros). This is all just to come see you, and yet it’s such an enormous sum for me to handle! Even if I spend all of my savings and borrow from my mother, I will still only be able to cover part of the cost. It’s heartbreaking to think about.
I was so excited to pack my suitcase and make this dream a reality, but now I find myself in tears. To get the visa, I’ll need to sign a contract with the agency and purchase everything through them. If I refuse, they won’t issue me the visa. They assured me that I would have a 100% guarantee of approval with them, but getting the visa on my own would take much longer and may not be approved at all.
I really want to be with you, and I don’t know what to do now. I was hoping that you could help me find a way to make this possible. I want to be together, and I’m not giving up hope yet.
I need a few days to gather all the documents for the visa (photos, work certificate, forms, copies of passports, real estate information, etc.). After that, it will take around 4-6 days for the visa to be processed. I’ve found a couple of flight options, so please let me know which would be more convenient for you:

Good morning my Richard, I’m so happy to hear from you! How are you today? What’s new in your life? I love thinking about our upcoming meeting! I’ve already planned what I’ll wear when I arrive at your place—a beautiful red dress, so you’ll be able to spot me from afar! I even had a mini fashion show for Elena to help me pick the best outfit. I want our first impression of each other to be unforgettable!
I’ve imagined our meeting so many times—it’s all so romantic! I think it would be fair if we split the costs for everything. I’ll need to borrow some money from my mom and friends, but I’m determined to make it happen. With that in mind, I’ll need 450 euros from you to cover the remaining expenses for our time together.
My vacation is coming up soon, and that means I’ll be able to come to you! I’m so excited, and I can’t wait to finally see you in person. I’ve attached a photo for you—I hope you like it!
