Hi my dear friend Richard! I’ve been eagerly waiting for your letter, and I’m so happy to see that you wrote to me! Receiving your letters is always such a joy. Thank you so much! Every new day brings me a stronger desire to communicate with you and to hear from you. Now, my mood is closely tied to your letters, Richard! You hold my mood in your hands! I truly hope my letters don't upset you in any way. I’m very happy that we found each other in this big world. I would love for us to become good friends!
I also want to thank you for taking the time to write to me and let me get to know you better.
I really enjoy doing household chores and keeping things tidy and comfortable at home. But above all, I love to cook. The kitchen is the heart of the house, where warmth and coziness always reign. My love for cooking began back in the orphanage. There was always a longing for something sweet, and one day, my friends and I decided to bake a cake for International Women’s Day (March 8). We were only about 10 years old at the time, and I still remember it vividly.
We had to collect the ingredients, which took a while. Someone found flour from the dining room, and another person brought sweetened condensed milk. Back then, recipes were hard to come by – we had to rely on cookbooks. Luckily, we found a cookbook in the kitchen with just three cake recipes, and we picked one that we could make based on the ingredients we had. I was so inexperienced at the time, but with some effort, I managed to make the dough. We divided it into three pans and baked it in the oven. While the layers were baking, we opened the sweetened condensed milk, and I couldn’t resist tasting it. When the cake layers were ready, they were golden and smelled amazing. Each layer was generously coated with the condensed milk, and we stacked them on top of each other. I can still remember the delicious smell of that cake. Since that day, I’ve loved cooking!
I would love to cook for you someday, Richard. I’ll make you Beshbarmak, bake boorsoki, and of course, I’ll prepare Lagman. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the food, and you’ll leave the table satisfied! ?
I really enjoy continuing our conversations. It feels so natural and easy to talk with you, like I’ve known you for a long time.
If you’re interested, I’d love to tell you about my work! As a dentist, I really enjoy helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. Recently, there have been a lot of patients, especially since many people wanted to take care of their dental issues after the quarantine.
There was one stressful day when I was working in the clinic. We were supposed to receive a delivery of medications and pharmaceutical materials, including anesthetics, but for some reason, the bus with our supplies didn’t arrive. I had to tell all the patients that I could still work, but without anesthetics. Some patients agreed to proceed with treatment without it because we weren’t sure when the delivery would arrive. It was a difficult day, but I managed to get through it.
I hope you didn’t find this part of my letter too unpleasant. I know many men are afraid of dentists, but I want to assure you that I’m harmless! As a woman, I promise you, I’m absolutely gentle and caring. ?
I’d love to hear more about your city. Is there a dental clinic there? Tell me more about your life and your experiences.
I have big plans for the future. I’ve applied for an internship in your country as a dentist. I’m not looking for a relationship here in Kyrgyzstan, as I plan to leave and start a new life. My documents are being processed for the internship, and I’m really excited about this new step in my career.
Today has been a wonderful day, and as I’m sitting here writing this letter, I’m smiling. I hope you’re reading this right now with a smile on your face too. By the way, my friends know that I’m talking to you, and they’re already asking questions about you! ?
