Scammer ReportHe introduces himself as an independent contractor who is just going to move to your country. Has been married for 12 y, no children. Wants to chat on Hangouts or WhatsApp. He is very polite, intelligent (indeed!) and thoughtful. Often calls, but when asked for a selfie sends an older pic. After a month he asked for an iTunes card needed for a software update while being on a drilling rig with his team.
