Constant texting He claims to be born and raised in Athens, Tn., went to, and graduated from the local high school, then the University of Tennessee, and claims to own a company construction company called 3-Star Construction. All these have been checked out with the educational institutions, county and state governments and proven completely false. He claims to be working in, where else, Nigeria. Once a lady has been texting awhile, he begins to ask for money sent by wire transfers using MoneyGram, Western Union and Walmart-to Walmart (RIA), but not directly to him.
